The Okanagan’s premiere vocal training & performance studio for almost two decades

My love of singing and passion for performance extends far beyond my own experience as a singer. My dream has been to encourage aspiring performers of all ages to develop their own passion for this exceptional art form and realize their dreams as well. I teach from experience, and bring my many years of training, vision, commitment and joy to my studio. Nothing makes me more proud than to see my singers blossom onstage and off.

Valley Vocal Arts’ lessons and classes are all geared toward the ultimate goal of public performance. The studio encompasses all levels of ability, and all ages from 6 to 86! My work is individualized toward each student’s unique abilities in a fun, open and encouraging environment. The great Ella Fitzgerald said, “Faith and joy are the essential forces of song.” That’s the motto at Valley Vocal Arts.

While classical technique is the basis for my teaching, my experience extends to include opera, musical theatre, jazz and popular repertoire. Skills which I seek to improve include posture, pitch recognition, music theory, breath control, diction, interpretation and much more.
